INVITATION FOR QUOTES

 SNOW REMOVAL

1. Notice is hereby given that Independent School District #511, Adrian Public School will receive quotes for snow removal for the 2025-2026, 2026-2027, and 2027-2028 winter seasons, with the option to renew for two additional years.  

1. Snow removal will be for the following sites.

   1. Elementary School east parking lot and driveway

   2. Elementary School west parking lot

   3. High School West parking lot

   4. High School parking along Indiana Avenue, Third Street and Kentucky Avenue. 

   5. High School Maintenance/Van Garage

1. Please quote prices and terms on the following conditions:

   1. Snow removal up to three (3) inches

   2. Snow removal over four (4) inches

   3. Three (3) year agreement

1. Quotes must be received in the District Office no later than 12:00 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, located at 410 Indiana Avenue, PO Box 40, Adrian, MN 56110.  

1. The quotations will be opened, tabulated and reviewed by the full board at the regular August Board of Education meeting held at 6:00 p.m. on October 20, 2025  The School Board will evaluate the bids and will act thereon.  The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.  If further information is desired, interested parties should contact the District Office at (507) 483-2266.
